Happy 9 Month Birthday, Brady!

What an exciting month it's been.

Brady learned how to clap, say Mama and Dada, has started mimicking us,
can go from tummy to sitting up on his own, and
can pull up to a standing position by himself.
When we go in to get him out of his crib, we now find him like this...

We had our first official play date.
We're working on not pulling hair and grabbing noses so we'll get asked back.
Sorry Cameron.

Our boy loves a good book.

We keep all of the board books on the lower shelf of the end table.
Brady clears the shelf of books several times a day.
I thought he did this to make it easier to reach his books.
Yesterday, I discovered the real reason.
He was making room for himself.

Some things haven't changed.
Brady still prefers to sleep in a corner of his crib.
Sometimes his bum is in the corner and sometimes it's his head.
This sweet little bed head is the result of his head in the corner.
And, proof that his hair actually is growing...on top at least.

Went to the Dr. today for our well baby check up.
We are so grateful that he has only had well baby visits thus far.
Brady is tipping the scales at 18 lbs. 13 oz. and measures 29 in. long.
Still no sign of teeth.

  1. What a cutie! Owen's a corner sleeper, too...always the head squished into the corner, often pulling on the bumper to cover his face.
